Have Labour Destroyed Their Beloved NHS Via Devolution...?

I think the nhs has been going downhill for year before Gordon Brown came along. But something needs to be done and he isn't doing it. I can see the money being thrown at the Nhs as I love in Romford and we have a lovely new state of the art hospital, but a baby died recently because we didnt have any midwifes. That kinda sums it up for me.
