Bleaching hair before dying it?

wait before recoloring or she may not have any hair left! it is different than hair color, it will BURN her if you aren't very careful. do a test strand first to see how long it will take to reach the desired bleach effect. you will need a brush and a bowl and some where or how to keep product warm . she will need special shampoo and conditioner to keep from fading or breaking. bleaching does that to colors. be sure the color she wants to use needs or recommends bleach first.
