Drroping shoulder?

What I do is, for 10 mins a day, I stand straight up against a wall so that my heels, my ocks, my shoulders and the back of my head all touch it. Also, I've realized that when I walk, I usually stare at the floor, with my neck bent forward so that my shoulders are slouched. Try to keep looking straight ahead while walking, and your shoulders should stiffen up soon enough. Hope this helps!
