Can you give me links to official looking pro-Israel websites specifically supporting the settlers?

My dad's trying to educate himself about Israel. He's very pro-Israel but doesn't really know all the arguments for Israel. I know that with respect to the settlements, retaining the "West Bank" is important for strategic reasons, because of the aquifer under the land, to avoid displacing the 500,000 or so Jews who live there between East Jerusalem and the rest of the territory and also because of the Biblical promise of that land that God made to the Jewish people. Can you give me a link to a website that looks intelligent that can explain this to my dad? Thanks.
