Please could someone bring me up to speed?

On this Coco thing that's going on. I've been trying to unravel the gossip but I'm not getting very far. All looks a bit scarey though! (Yes, I know I'm a nosey cow, but there isn't much else in the way of excitement in my life, so humour me)
