Searching for a friend?

My friends' name is Robert Edwaed Lee. He is fifty-three years old. He has lived in Delano.CA for the past three years. I have reason to believe that he may be incarcerated at this time. If this is true the Lerdo Mimium Security Prison, locacated at Shafter, CA. Should have his info. Please this is a very dear friend to me, I need to find out where he is. Thank-you
