How to deal with someone who hates you for no reason?

I have a neighbor she lives across the street from me and I've lived here for about 2 months. I went to a party one night and had a bit too much to drink and we played spin the bottle. Now she's saying that I'm a skank and saying all these things that I've supposedly done and she also wants to bash me...if she wants a fight I'll be up for one but what are other ways to deal with this?
