Is it possible to get into a US (allopathic) medical school with a terrible GPA (3.2) and an ok MCAT of 35?

Had one year with a near 4.0 when working somewhat close to potential at a top 5-10 ranked US University(and one known not to have rampant grade inflation like many similarly top-ranked schools), and for the rest of college didn't work to full potential due to outside issues and thus the 3.2 GPA. Is there any shot at getting into US allopathic medical schools, and if so which ones? Thanks for the help.
