Omg i cant believe him!!!!!?

Try not to force a decision out of him, he likes you, but he is shy. Text him again and give him time, possibly you could ask to go out again maybe to the movies or someplace where HE and you would be comfertable. No guy would ranfdomly hug and hld your hand and then say that there not intersted, or at least not normal guys.
