I'm pregnant and I have the Mirena in...........

Does anyone know anybody that has succesfully delievered with this? My doc is on holidays and the one I seen is a litte weird but said there is a very high chance of miscarriage, or infection, or premature labour and that even after baby is born there's a chance of abnormalities because of the hormone being realeased. Can someone please help me out here - I'm sh*t scared right now.............
