Iphone Download 3.0 Upgrade---Cant find it on the website has ANYONE?

Download the 3.0 Software Update, Im not able to find the actual download on!! dammit! has anyone? Help!! I was on hold for 15 min with apple support....Which isnt supportive at all!! Grrrr- Help! Thanks!!!
