Recommended contacts for little bumps on inside of upper lid.?

My eye doctor diagnosed me with something (no a stye) where little bumps form inside my upper eye lids - they cannot be seen from the outside - the lid actually needs to be turned up to see them. I am not asking what they are, but rather is anyone with the same sysmptoms able to wear contacts? I was thinking of getting fitted for daily disposable contacts. I think my inside eyelid eye bumps are somewhat exaggerated by my allergies -- and in the past my contacts seemed to keep a buildup of eye stuff no matter how deligently I cleaned everyday, which is why I am considering using daily disposable and switching between them and eyegles every day or so. Any suggestions? Thank you.
