Sinus Infection Won't Go Away?

Hi im sorry your not having much luck with your medication , im not a doctor , but i am a qualified dental nurse, i would suggest to you that to ease your sinuses you should gently mage each side , u can find ur sinus by putting your finger just below your eye and run it down the side of your nose about half way down , then very gently mage in a circular motion either side , this should help your sinus to drain , also try sleeping with a extra pillow so that your not laying down completely flat this should also help drain your sinus good luck hope this helps michelle
