Abdominal pains.. can anyone help?

Hi. Yesterday I woke up with pretty bad stomach pains in the middle of my belly. Then about midday it went to the left side of my lower abdomen. It hurt alot But today its been on the left side now its on the right. I only get the pains for about 30-40 seconds at a time. They've stopped for about 2 hours because i took 2 extra pain relief tablets. But i was pretty hungry about half an hour ago i was just about to eat and i had pain in the lower right again. Then i didnt feel like eating anymore. Theres a history of appendicitis in my family my mum my grandad my uncle and my brother all had their appendix out. But i dont think i have appendicitis as it was on the left. Could it just be stomach cramps or what? I am going to see a doctor if i still have the pains tomoro. But i was seeing what you guys thought it was. Please help :) x
