Immigration Help!!!!!?

hello, i have come into the united states LAWFULLY from west africa.....i have a pport and i was brought here when i was a minor. i speak fluent english and i even graduated high school here with a 4.0 average. my mother applied for citizenship and was ped, but due to a technicality my father lyk the douche he is applied for a green card lottery for me and didnt tell us ::the family:: he was denied before he was deported, and now my mothers appilcation ::which was approved for me:: is stuck in Limbo. Its hasn't gone anywhere. we got immigration lawyers but all they've done is take our money and do jack sh!+. i have been in the country for 13 years now and all i truly want to do is go to college and make something of my life, but because of my status im unable to get any financial aid of any kind. i have no idea where to start. i live in Washington D.C. any info would help me out alot. i dont have much money but im willing to do whatever it takes. Once again I CAME HERE LEGALLY as a MINOR, i was like 5 years old.....so you rude people please keep your comments to yourself. I love this country and i one day wanna live in NYC. GO AMERICA!!!!!!!!
