Is anything neccesary?

I came to theory that nothing in the universe is neccesary, for example; breathing isnt neccesary, but some would say,"it is neccesary for my life", so how is your life neccesary? Somoen would probably say,"my life is neccesary to my mother, but how is your mother neccesary, and so on and so on.....How do you guys feel about this, is there a real answer to this, or is it just another form of infinite regression?
