Should Britain apologise for the Opium Wars?

In the First and Second Opium wars, Britian forced China to open its doors to Opium trading, collapsing the Chinese workforce. As a settlement of the First Opium War, China ceded Hong Kong to Britain and opened five doors up to international trading. Shortly after, the Second Opium War occurred, where Britain aggressively forced China to open up its doors to the world. Britain and France colonised five major Chinese cities as a result of this war. China became a mive drug market ensuring prosperity for Britain. Do you think Britain should offer an apology?
