What do you think of the name...?

Before everyone says eeeww (which has been the common responce) my best friends grammy's name is Margret Dolores. Her gram raised her.. So for a girl name we were thinking maybe Margareet or Maggie and her middle name will be rose. Any thoughts on the names?. Any other suggestions on a name that will honor her gram?? Thanks
